I paid the $10 to add my already-purchased domain name to WordPress rather than just having it forward to WordPress. Huzzah.
The old URLs to posts and to the feed will still work. You can update them if you’d like, but nothing will change except for all new URLs will appear in your address bar as http://ryancerbus.com/YEAR/MONTH/DAY/post_title/ instead of http://ryancerbus.wordpress.com/etc.
